| Jon Martin Skauge is out with his second solo album, titled "From The Heart". I'm executing the drum tracks on the record - which also features Asgeir Skauge (guitar), Eric Marienthal (saxes), Kurt Baumer (fiddle), Dan Mikal R. Frøystad (steel guitar) and Rune Hagen (electric piano). Jon Martin performs the lead guitars and vocals himself, and the album also offers a few instrumental tunes. | Some new photos have been added to Multimedia - My Photos. I've also updated the bio section.. I'm rather busy these days, but I'll publish some new stuff whenever I get the time. Lately I've put together an acoustic drum kit with muffle heads and triggers, which I've hooked up to my computer through an Alesis D4 drum module. The module communicates through a link with EZ Drummer (software), which offers a tremendously realistic sound picture. And it's also excellent for practicing quietly in the city while eliminating the risk of having furious neighbours haunt me in the night :p |  |
